Commercial Flooring Options We Install

Commercial Flooring Options We Install

Every commercial space has different demands. Here's what we install most often and where each option shines:

Commercial carpet tile: It's easy to replace one tile if it stains or damages, easy to phase installations, and available in patterns from subtle to bold. Best for offices, hotels, multi-tenant buildings, and any space where future repairs need to be quick.

Broadloom carpet: When you want a seamless look across a large open space, broadloom delivers. Better for executive offices, conference rooms, and hospitality lobbies than for high-replacement environments.

Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and luxury vinyl tile (LVT): Waterproof, scratch-resistant, and easy to maintain. The go-to choice for retail, healthcare, restaurants, and any space that gets wet, dirty, or heavily trafficked.

Resilient sheet vinyl: Seamless and easy to sanitize. Standard spec for medical offices, dental practices, schools, and food prep areas.

Commercial tile and stone: Timeless and tough. Great for entryways, restrooms, lobbies, and high-end retail.

Polished concrete and resinous flooring: For warehouse, industrial, and showroom applications where durability comes first.

After-Hours, Overnight, and Weekend Installations

Our teams regularly work nights and weekends across the Inland Empire so your business never closes.

We coordinate access with your facilities team, protect adjacent areas, manage noise and dust, and have the space cleaned and reopened before your team arrives in the morning. There's no premium charge for off-hours work on most projects, just transparent scheduling that fits your operation.

We Do More Than Floors

Many of our commercial flooring installs are part of larger projects we're also managing. As a full-service general contractor, we handle the whole scope when needed:

If your project is more than just flooring, talk to us about taking on the whole scope. One contractor, one schedule, one accountability line.

Serving the Inland Empire and Beyond

From our Yucaipa headquarters, we serve commercial clients across the Inland Empire and surrounding desert and valley communities, including:

  • Inland Empire core: Yucaipa, Redlands, Beaumont, Calimesa, Highland, San Bernardino, Riverside
  • Desert and outlying areas: Mecca, Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, Garnet, Landco
  • San Bernardino County and Riverside County commercial properties

If your property is outside this list, ask. We routinely take on larger commercial projects beyond our standard radius.

FAQ: Commercial Carpet & Flooring in the Inland Empire

Yes, we regularly install flooring nights, weekends, and overnight across the Inland Empire so your business doesn't have to close. Most commercial projects don't carry an off-hours premium. We coordinate access with your facilities team, protect occupied areas, and clean up so your space is ready to reopen on schedule.

Yes. We carry full general liability and workers' comp insurance, and we're bonded for commercial projects. Insurance certificates and bonding documentation are available upfront. We can issue a COI tailored to your property's specific requirements, including additional insured language and limits, before the project starts.

We don't have a hard minimum. We've handled single-suite refreshes under 1,000 square feet and full buildouts over 50,000 square feet. Smaller projects may be batched into a single visit, while larger jobs are phased to fit your schedule. Tell us what you have and we'll quote it honestly.

Timelines depend on size, material, and any prep work needed. A 5,000 square foot office in carpet tile typically installs in 2-4 days. LVP runs slightly longer due to subfloor prep. Multi-floor projects are phased over weeks. We give you a realistic timeline with the quote, never an optimistic one.

Yes, much of our commercial work comes through property managers and GCs. We're easy to plan around: clear quotes, single point of contact, on-time delivery, and the documentation your back office needs. If you want a flooring sub you can add to your standing bid list, let's talk.

We install from all major commercial manufacturers including Mohawk Group, Shaw Contract, Mannington Commercial, Daltile, Patcraft, Interface, and Bentley. If your project requires a specific spec or a corporate-mandated brand, we can source it. We'll also recommend the right product for your traffic level, budget, and aesthetic.

Commercial carpet pricing varies widely by product. Carpet tile runs roughly $4-$10 per square foot installed, broadloom $3-$8 per square foot, and high-end commercial spec products $10 or more. Prep, removal, and after-hours work affect the final number. We give itemized quotes so you see exactly what drives the price.
